  • Evangelist D. Naomi Edwards, Founder (Restoration Ministries For Christ International, Inc.)

    D. Naomi Watkins Edwards was reared in Lynchburg, South Carolina by her maternal Grandmother, Queen Ester Cousar. There she had her first experiences in church, as her Grandmother served as a missionary in the family church, Mount Sinai AME Church.

    After completing the Bachelor of Social Work at Clark College in Atlanta, GA in 1972, Sister Edwards progressed unto Washington, DC where she received her Master’s in Social Work from Howard University. Sister Edwards had the opportunity to work with the DC Commission of Social Services and the Department of Mental Health for twenty six years until retirement in July 2014. Sister Edwards met and married the late Mr. Charles Edwards in Washington, DC and from this union they were favored with the birth of their three children, Charles, II, Stachia, and Cynthia and 30 plus years of marriage before his transition in November 2014.

    Sister Edwards was first ordained under Unity In Christ Deliverance Church lead by Apostle Albert Golphin. Offices held; include, Associate Pastor, Choir Director, Trustee Board Chair, Youth Pastor, Praise and Worship Leader, Prayer Warrior and Intercessor.

    Her journey with Christ has been both fulfilling and magnificent. The Lord has lead Sister Edwards to serve and prosper under several Schools of Ministry: She attended and completed Servant Hood Ministry, an 18- Month Study and ordination in 2003. Rev. Edwards graduated Sum Cum Laude from The Spirit of Faith Bible Institute, a 3 year Program in 2003. She also studied 2 years at the Love International Church School Of Faith Ministry of Alexandria, Virginia from 2009-2010.

    Sister Edwards relocated to South Carolina in late 2014 as a retired social Worker, Child Evangelist w/ Child Evangelism Fellowship and Angel Tree Coordinator of Prison Fellowship and is being Led by the Master to be an Ambassador for him, leading men and women to Christ and allowing the Lord to use her as he sees fit. She maintains her position as a Prayer Warrior and Intercessor with the Power of His Glory Ministries and endeavors to maintain a connection with the Bibleway International organization of her previous home church Friendship Outreach Community Church of Maryland, Walk By Faith of Mayesville, SC and Mt Sinai AME Church. She is currently under the covering of United for Kingdom Building Alliance, Apostle R.M. Alexander-Pinkney.

  • Pastor Linda Herford, Founder (New Millennium Healing and Deliverance Ministry)

    Pastor Linda Herford was first licensed and ordained as a missionary, and then an Evangelist and Teacher at Unity in Christ Deliverance Church of Capitol Heights, Maryland.

    As a missionary, she traveled to foreign mission in Africa, Haiti, Belize and Trinidad. Her travels also afforded her an opportunity to Cruise for a Cause in the Bahamas where she went into the streets, passed out tracts witnessing, praying and ministering to souls. Over 4000 souls committed their lives to serve The Lord and 6 people were baptized on the ship.

    Pastor Herford spent years feeding the hungry and ministering on the street corners in the Nations Capitol. Her missionary travels took her from Springfield Massachusetts to the foot of the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee.

    Pastor Herford graduated from George Washington Carver in Fieldale, Virginia and the University of DC and Believers Bible School in Washington, DC. She has worked and retired from Memorial Hospital in Martinsville, VA as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.

    Upon returning to Martinsville, Va. She placed her membership at Jerusalem Christian Church. She taught Bible class for the Christian Women Fellowship, Sunday School and served as an associate minister of Jerusalem Christian church.

    In 2014, Pastor Herford was ordained a Pastor by Apostle Regina Alexander-Pinkney , the governing Apostle of United for Kingdom Building Alliance of Oxon Hill, Maryland. She has served two years as the pastor of God’s Grace Ministry, of Martinsville, Va.

    In 2016, Pastor Herford founded the New Millennium Healing and Deliverance Ministry. She is also an associate minister of Mt. Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church.

  • Bishop Estavia Mitchell, Founder (The Tabernacle of Praise)

    Bishop Estavia E. Mitchell was born, raised, and educated in Washington, DC. She attended the D.C. Teacher College (now the University of the District of Columbia), where she studied early childhood education. She obtained a BRE and MRE from the Washington Saturday College School of Religious Education and recently received a Masters in Religious Studies at the William Seymour College's Center for Renewal Leadership which is now in partnership with the Ohio Christian University.

    She was called to ministry at the Lighthouse Full Gospel Mission, under the leadership of Dr. Constance M. Palmer and Bishop Joseph Whitfield and was ordained and licensed in October 1985.

    As an evangelist, Bishop Mitchell founded and directed the Lost and Found Outreach Ministry (LaFom), a ministry that preached the gospel in the streets of Washington, DC, and in women shelters in the Washington, DC metro area. In 1997 she was sent by Apostle Inez Randall to pastor the Deliverance Prayer Outreach Ministry and by the leading of the Lord she later founded and is the Pastor of The Tabernacle of Praise, Ministry in Landover Hills, Maryland.

    She has received two prestigious ministerial awards. In 2009 she received the Woman of Spirit Award from Junia Ministries and in 2011 she received the Woman of Spirit award from the William Seymour Educational Foundation.

    She flows in the pastor, prophet, teacher and evangelist anointing and has been a conference and retreat speaker for over 30 years. She is a Holy Spirit filled and led women of God.

    In February 2009, she was appointed by Apostle Dekontee L. Johnson International Prelate of the Association of Blessed Word of Life Ministries International, Inc. as the Overseer for International Evangelism, and as of July 2015 she holds consecrated to the office of Bishop.

    She is now under the covering of United for Kingdom Building Alliance, Apostle Regina Alexander-Pinkney.

    Bishop Mitchell is the proud mother of 3 and grandmother of 5. She is also the wife and long time partner of her husband Roland Anthony whom she resides with in Cheverly, Maryland. They will celebrate 49 years of marriage this coming October 26.

    She gives all glory and praise to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for all the great and wonderful things He has done, and for keeping her through the hard times. Praise Ye The LORD!!!
