Apostle Regina Alexander-Pinkney is the mother of two adult children, five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. She is the oldest of seven siblings and the matriarch of the Alexander Family.

Apostle Regina began her Christian journey in 1982. She has been ordained and affirmed in the fivefold offices. God assigns to each apostle certain spheres in which they exercise authority. The Bible says, in 2 Corinthians 10:13, “We, however, will not boast beyond measure, but within the limits of the sphere which God appointed us- a sphere which especially includes you” (NKJV).

Apostle Alexander-Pinkney is referred to as a Hyphenated Apostle. She is recognized with other government offices. Apostle Regina is classified and functions as a functional, convening, mobilizing, and marketplace Apostle. Apostle Regina has a passion for training ministers, church administrators, board members, and both secular and spiritual leaders. Her trainings emphasize church administration, governance, and taxation. In the marketplace, she is an entrepreneur, with expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, grants management, and administrative services. She has conducted numerous retreats, workshops/seminars, and conferences for both the Christian and commercial community.

During Apostle Alexander-Pinkney’s Christian experience, with the unction and approval of the Holy Ghost, she founded several outreach ministries. The outreach ministries include the following: Women of Faith at Work (1989), Future Business Women of Christ (1993), Chris-Nette Enterprizes (1996), Seed of The Living Word Church (2005), United for Kingdom Building Alliance (2011), Kingdom Learning Institute (2013), The Olive Branch Outreach Ministries (2014), and A Million Praises to God (2015)

In December 2016, she became the successor to Unity in Christ Deliverance Church (founded in 1981) by the late Apostles Albert and Bertha Golphin. March 2020, she became the successor to Jubilee Worship Center, (founded by the late Apostle Betty Bigesby in 2003) where she currently serves as Governing Apostle and Senior Pastor.

Apostle Alexander-Pinkney, currently serves as the Parlimentarium and Out of State Chairperson for the One Spirit Sevenfold Alliance. She is also the overseer of several ministries in the states of Virginia, Maryland and South Carolina.

God uses Apostle Regina to be the forerunner in planting of ministries.On the drafting table to be launched later this year, is the ministry of Bridging the Gap. This ministry is to form a connector between the Seasoned Saints and the Millennials and their uplines.

Apostle Alexander-Pinkney’s educational background includes courses at University of DC (formerly Federal City College), Maryland University Extension School, and Colorado Technical University. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Benjamin Franklin School of Accountancy. Apostle Regina also earned a certificate in Biblical Studies from Believers Bible School, of Washington, DC and is currently attending Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. As the Dean of the Kingdom Learning Institute (KLI), the educational component of UFKBAC, Apostle Regina is an advocate for education.

In 2019, Apostle Alexander-Pinkney joined with Dr. Willie and Dr. Danette James from Kingdom Covenant Global Ministries (KCGM), headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. One of the objectives of KCGM is to help break down the barriers of doctrinal and denominational differences, to encourage unity in the Body of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Apostle Regina believes that empowerment by the Holy Ghost is key! He enables us to love one another as we love ourselves. When we do this, then the attributes of our Lord and Savior; Jesus Christ are openly witnessed, and we become an effective vehicle for winning the lost to Christ.
